Description
Week by Week tracks habits the forgiving way. Each habit has a weekly target, like running three times a week, so any three days count and a missed day never wipes out your progress.
The week view is a notebook-style grid: tap a day to mark it with a highlighter, and a progress ring shows how close each habit is to its target, how many are left, and whether it can still be reached this week.
The History screen charts the last eight weeks and shows each habit's weeks on target and average per week. Habits have an emoji, a target from one to seven and their own highlighter colour, and weeks can start on Monday or Sunday.
Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no server or running costs, and a distinctive dot-grid notebook design.

Setup requirements
Upload the files to any static web host. To try it locally, run python3 -m http.server and open http://localhost:8000. Run the tests with npm test (Node 20 or newer).

Data lives in localStorage on one device; clearing browser data deletes it.
